FAQ

Who can be a member of the BYU Football Wives Club?
This one may seem really easy because it's all in the name - Football Wives. Sorry, fiances and girlfriends, we can't wait to meet you but you'll have to wait until "I do" before joining in on the fun. It helps keep things balanced and organized.
Who runs the Wives Club?
EVERYONE! We couldn't do anything without all the amazing wives. However, there is some organization!
Michelle Kaufusi and Coach Mendenhall lead the wives club. Each year there is a Senior Co-President and a Junior Co-President, appoined by Michelle. This allows for easy transition - when the senior president graduates, the junior takes over and Michelle appoints a new junior president. Not sure of what year you are? We address that a little further down!
What is the wives club council?
The wives club council is a group of senior wives (and maybe junior wives, depending on need) that help plan activities, pick the clothing options, etc. It helps make sure that, if they want, they have a say in their final year! If you are a junior or senior wife and would like to be a part of the wives club council, just talk to Rachel or Lexi!
How can I get involved?
Find us on Facebook
Check out this blog
Come to activities
I don't really know anyone. What should I do?
Get out there! Sometimes when things get crazy with the season and activities you just have to throw yourself in there with us. Check the blog and Facebook to find out what we're going. There are a lot of impromptu movie nights or dinner dates that happen. Just come along!  I promise, we want you there! It's more fun with more people and the memories are amazing!
Come to Monday practices, find a wife, and say hey! You'll get to know people really fast if you come to things!
Who can I contact for more information about activities, involvement, etc?
Rachel Friel is the President and Lexi Arellano is the Co-President, so if you want to help with an activity, contact them. If you want to come to an event, contact any of the wives and they can help you out!
I want to have a get-together, how do I let everyone know?
Add your event to the Upcoming Activities page and/or post it on Facebook!
People are asking me what "year" I am. My husband's the one in school, I'm not. What does that mean?
When we talk about what year you are, we're just asking what year your husband will graduate and stop playing for BYU. We like to know who's in what graduating class and as a Football Wife, that is extended to you!
